Styling is staging

Preparing 302–2109 Rowland Street for sale wasn't about filling the home with new furniture. Much of the work involved deciding what didn't need to be there.

We started with a walkthrough, identifying what to keep, what to pack away, and where a little attention could make a difference. The owners took care of the decluttering, while I brought in selected accessories and personally styled the spaces to create a more cohesive presentation.

Full staging has its place, but it isn't always necessary. Sometimes the existing furniture works perfectly well, and a thoughtful edit is all that's needed to help buyers appreciate the space.

It's a relatively simple exercise, but one that takes a considered eye. Every property is different, and the preparation should reflect what the home actually needs.
