What is the view worth?

At Tailor by Marcon in Brentwood, my listing was competing with several nearly identical homes in the same building. Buyers could compare floor plans, views, and prices without leaving the elevator.

The southwest exposure, open outlook, and generous covered balcony gave my listing an advantage. But that advantage needed to be reflected in the price. Buyers weren't simply deciding whether they liked the view.
They were deciding how much more, or less, it was worth compared to their other options.

I repositioned the asking price and made the view central to the marketing, giving buyers a clearer reason to choose this home.

A great view sets a property apart. The right price makes it competitive.
